As we begin to celebrate the New Year we are taking a look back at some amazing #MakeryMoments. One memorable mix it up in the Makery was the Jeanette Crayon Art Day. On this day we were honored to have Jeanette visit the Makery and teach visitors how to make their own unique sculpture out of simple materials.

We had actual ninjas come in and teach what it means to be a ninja. They also put on an amazing demonstration of the skills they have learned through their training.

This morning in the Makery we got messy as we celebrated Jackson Pollock during Makery Masterpieces. We used squirt bottles to throw paint around, and we made some amazing creations! Come in to the Makery to see how the work of several different visitors created a masterpiece!
In the Makery this week we brought out the paint and everyone got very messy as we learned how to paint with unconventional objects. Come to the Makery and ask a Makery fellow when we will be painting next!
