As the sun sets on summer and the days get shorter the Makery is celebrating our friend the sun. We are also celebrating the friendship we have made in the Makery. Today a few Makery visitors demonstrated compassion. One child created a noise maker as a gift for the other. Making with a purpose is a key component of tinkering and I think this individuals purpose is perfect!

Come to Kidzu this week as we explore the changing colors of fall. In Makery Masterpieces today we learned about Piet Mondrian and primary colors. Stop by the Makery tomorrow to make squishy squashy color paintings with Messy Morning!

Messy Morning is getting squishy and squashy as they play with paint and mixing colors and Makery Masterpiece is focusing on primary colors and artwork by Piet Mondrian.
